PRC Industries is an industry leader in returned product management, return center services, remanufacturing, reprocessing, repairing and recycling of returned industrial and consumer products. Instead of discarding millions of defective, damaged, and un-repairable returned products into America’s overflowing landfills, which cost manufacturers millions of dollars to transport, process and dispose of annually, PRC developed environmentally conscious proprietary remanufacturing, reprocessing and recycling processes with the highest recovery rate of those very products without the use of new replacement parts.

Michael C. Wilde

Michael C. Wilde

Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President

Michael brings to PRC over 30 years of Lean Manufacturing Experience specializing in Vertically Integrated multi-facility operations on a global footprint. He has made continuous improvement his passion and holds an expertise in optimization through automation. Michael joined PRC in 2021 and serves on the Board of Directors

Kevin OBoyle

Kevin O'Boyle

Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President

Kevin has a forty plus year career in Finance and has been with PRC for 14 years. Kevin has a deep knowledge of accounting and governance serving multiple manufacturing facilities. Kevin has held multiple leadership roles within PRC and has expertise in operational excellence. Kevin joins Michael as a member of the Board of Directors.

Rafael Aguinaga

Vice President of Logistics

Rafael has over three decades of logistics experience spanning vertically integrated manufacturing, big box retail, and facility management. Rafael has 15 years of experience of Total Quality Management (TQM) and has served as a certified quality manager in multiple Lean Manufacturing environments.

Anna Oleszkiewicz

Vice President of Finance/Corporate Controller

Anna has more than 20 years of accounting experience in the consumer product and remanufacturing industries. She has been with PRC Industries, Inc. for more than 13 years initially as Accounting Manager, then Controller to her current position as VP of Finance/Corporate Controller. Anna is also responsible for all company Financial Reporting.

Aurora Barrera

Director of Operations

Aurora brings PRC a wealth of operational excellence and an unparalleled expertise in repair and remanufacturing. She has served PRC in multiple management roles over her 13-year tenure and continues to hold operational ownership of both East Coast and West Coast Operations

Phil Burlison

Director of System Configurations

Phil joined PRC in 2021 and has held numerous leadership roles in IT and Support. Phil has an expertise in business management systems centered in high-volume manufacturing and multi-site footprints. Phil is the backbone of all development and deployment of PRC’s ERP system.

Becky Byrd

Director of Program Management

Becky has been with PRC since 2012 and has held several critical operational roles. Currently she serves as a plant controller and manages all customer accounts as the Director of Program Management. Becky has a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and an expertise in onboarding new clients as well as supporting existing accounts.

PRC began nearly twenty years ago under the vision of Founder and CEO Arthur Krantz. Since the beginning, Krantz’s interest in the environment has been a major influence of his mission as an entrepreneur. Already a success in the close-out business, Krantz began work to develop a broader, more efficient means of recycling durable consumer goods.

Arthur Krantz and PRC engineers developed a new method of recycling whereby returned products could be “re-manufactured” into high quality market alternatives available throughout North America. In the past 15 years, PRC and its partners have pioneered and revolutionized the remanufacturing industry.
